Breakfast is supposedly the most important meal of the day, but I often skip it. I usually roll out of bed and have one sleepy hour where I sip coffee, check emails, check etsy orders, sip more coffee, read blogs, and la-di-da.
But today we have blue cheese, apricot jam, and english muffins. Each of these things make me so happy that I couldn't help but wonder what it would be like if they all got together. I'm not really schooled in food, but I think they're pretty ok. Even if they look a little suspect!
