My friend's kid is heading back to school this week, and she's decided that 'peacock' is her new trademark. They've had a heck of a time finding peacock stuff to send to school with her though, so yesterday I made this pencil case for her. It was pretty easy-peasy. Maybe a little time consuming (cutting and stitching the applique bits), but easy nonetheless. And made mostly out of scraps from the shop and a zipper that was salvaged from a pair of pants!
