Tickle me . . .

Every Tuesday, Sarah B. from Yes, Teacher! has a linky party called "Tickle Me Tuesday," where we all get together to link a post about what is tickling each of our fancy.

This week, the number one thing that's tickling my fancy is moisturizer! Winters around this neck of the woods get really dry. My knuckles crack. My face gets dry rashy looking stuff. Lips chapped. Hence, my preoccupation with moisturizer.

I got  this Lollia hand creme for Christmas, and I really love it. Usually I get to a certain point and give up on my hands because I get sick of constantly putting on hand creme, but this year I'm constantly re-applying because it smells sooooo good!

My go-to chapstick is good ol' Burt's Bees. They have all sorts of fancy flavours, but I prefer the plain mint one.

One thing I'm hurtin' for is a good face creme. The one I use is perfect for every other season, but in winter, it just doesn't cut it. Anyone have a heavy-duty moisturizer that doesn't cause mad zits?

Head on over to Yes, Teacher! To join the party:

  2. i love Burt's Bees too and was so excited when I saw their face line. I tried the moisturizer for sensitive skin and the eye cream. Both are great! No zits and not too heavy. It doesnt burn my face like some other that I have tried. I also like Mary Kay's Timewise moisturizer. I like how you can get Burt's at the regular drug store!

  5. Um should I admit I use olive oil as my winter moisturizer. Great for taking off make-up too. I have never had breakouts from it.
